Vint Hill Corridor Plan
In January, 2025, the Board of County Supervisors initiated a CPA to develop a Vint Hill Corridor Plan. This corridor-focused small area plan would “evaluate land use issues and develop strategies to manage future growth and development in the Vint Hill Corridor area; establish a level of service framework for prioritizing infrastructure investment in the area; and address Prince William County’s Strategic Plan goals.”
Read the resolution and view county documents here.
Plan to attend the kick-off for the Vint Hill Small Area Plan, Monday, November 17, 6:00-8:00 PM, at Patriot HS.
