CABSA supports responsible data center and industrial development, by only supporting by-right development within the Data Center Opportunity Zone Overlay District when not adjacent to homes or schools. Information on the PWC DCOZOD can be found here.

CABSA opposes Bristow Campus due to it being outside of the DCOZOD. Additionally, CABSA concerns include noise and construction impact on neighboring communities, runoff into the Broad Run watershed, placement of needed electrical infrastructure in the surrounding area, and legality of parks and trails proffers.
