CABSA formed in 2025 to fill a need for a civic association in the Greater Brentsville Area.
We promote smart growth principles, advocate for the best interest of residents, and provide a unified voice for citizens when it comes to issues impacting our community.
We will interface directly with both elected officials and developers to lobby for the best interest of all residents.

Encourage responsible development and smart growth in Brentsville and the surrounding areas.
Preserve open space and rural areas throughout the county.
Prevent school overcrowding in the Brentsville district.
Promote responsible data center and industrial development, by ONLY supporting BY-RIGHT development within the Data Center Opportunity Zone Overlay District when NOT ADJACENT to homes or schools.
Advocate for community members impacted by powerline and other electric infrastructure upgrades.
Support necessary infrastructure development through adequate developer proffers when appropriate.
Protect the environment and public health of Brentsville residents.
